At today’s announcement lunch for the winners of the annual RegTech Insights Awards-Europe. We were proud to win “Best Solution for Sell-Side Regulatory Compliance”. Commenting on the award, Angela Wilbraham, CEO at A-Team Group said, “Congratulations S&P Global, Market Intelligence, Global Regulatory Reporting Solutions for winning this year’s RegTech Insight Award Europe for Best Solution for Sell-Side Regulatory Compliance. This year’s RegTech Insight Europe awards have been extremely popular and competitive, highlighting established solution providers and innovative newcomers that help capital markets participants respond effectively and efficiently to evolving and ever more complex regulatory requirements across the global financial services industry.”
Regulatory reporting requirements for sell-side firms around the world continue to be a key challenge as firms navigate multiple jurisdictions, the massive data volumes involved, and the need to support their buy-side clients. With a technologically advanced cloud-based solution our goal is to provide a seamless, effective and scalable solution via a single intuitive dashboard and we are very happy that RegTech Insight’s voting community has identified our solution as the market leader.
In particular, we have found that sell-side firms value our three-way reconciliation solution to systematically check that transaction reporting data is complete and accurate, the Master Account dashboard feature which offers a solution for reviewing submissions on an entity level when providing delegated reporting, and enhanced pairing and matching functionality. We also continue to enhance our data analytics provision, including a new option for SFTR analytics. In 2022, we continue to focus on upcoming changes to both EMIR and CFTC, both of which will have a significant impact on how clients in the US and Europe handle their reporting and we look forward to continued discussions with clients on how best to meet their needs.
