Igor Kaplun serves as Global Head of Regulatory Reporting Business Development, S&P Global Market Intelligence Cappitech and is responsible for leading the expansion of the regulatory reporting capabilities globally. Mr. Kaplun has deep expertise in OTC derivatives, G20 regulatory reporting and post trade services. Prior to joining S&P Global Market Intelligence, Mr. Kaplun spent 11 years at CME Group, most recently as Head of the North America Trade Repository business. Earlier in his career, Mr. Kaplun worked in market data, trade operations and support, product marketing and sales. Mr. Kaplun holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in International Business from the University of Florida.

Senior Derivatives Analyst, Ontario Securities Commission
Meng Wang is Senior Derivatives Analyst at the Ontario Securities Commission. In this role, she focuses on analyzing over-the-counter derivatives data for systemic risk oversight, developing market monitoring solutions, and supporting policy decisions. As part of her duties at the OSC, she also participates in a variety of domestic and international regulatory committees with a view to improving the quality of derivatives data through greater harmonization of derivatives trade reporting standards across jurisdictions. Before joining the OSC, she held several roles at leading financial institutions, where she gained extensive experience in market data analysis and risk management. Meng is a CFA charterholder and holds a Bachelor’s degree in criminology from the University of Toronto.
Tim Reibetanz

Senior Legal Counsel, Ontario Securities Commission
Tim Reibetanz is Senior Legal Counsel at the Ontario Securities Commission, where his responsibilities include developing Ontario’s derivatives regulatory framework, providing advice within the OSC on derivatives and other financial products, representing the OSC on domestic and international regulatory committees, and engaging with market participants.  With over ten years of derivatives regulatory experience, Tim was previously Senior Counsel & Director in the Legal & Regulatory Compliance Group at Bank of Montreal, where he advised on global regulatory matters involving derivatives and other financial products.  Before joining BMO, Tim practiced corporate law at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP.  Tim holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts with High Distinction and a Master of Arts from the University of Toronto.  He also earned a Bachelor of Civil Law and Bachelor of Laws with Distinction from McGill University, where he was an editor of the McGill Law Journal and Canadian Guide to Uniform Legal Citation and clerked at the Quebec Court of Appeal.

Scott Kerr is the Managing Director of Regulatory and Business Transformation at Botsford Associates. In his role, he is responsible for developing tailored solutions and regulatory advisory services for Botsford's clients globally. He specializes in capital markets products, regulatory interpretation, and solution architecture. Prior to joining Botsford, Scott spent 12 years at BMO Capital Markets, where he led implementation efforts across transaction reporting, market infrastructure, and business conduct regulations. Scott is a graduate of the University of Windsor with an honours degree in Economics, and is a CFA charterholder. He lives in Toronto with his wife and three children.
