Executive Director, Product Specialist S&P Global Market Intelligence Cappitech
Ron is an Executive Director who specializes in Regulatory and Technology subjects of EMIR, MIFIR, MAS OTC reporting, SFTR, and ASIC derivative reporting. Prior to IHS Markit, Ron was the head of business development and regulatory SME at Cappitech (acquired by IHS Markit, January 2021). Ron is an ongoing contributor to regulatory focused content the Global Regulatory Reporting Solutions team publishes and presents and leverages his over 20 years’ experience in the financial industry. He was also awarded the Editor’s Recognition Award for Best RegTech Vendor Professional in the RegTech Insight Europe Awards 2021.
Barbara Sobocinska
Director, Client Support S&P Global Market Intelligence Cappitech
Barbara Sobocinska serves as Director, Client Services within S&P Global Market Intelligence Cappitech and is responsible for coordinating and providing guidance to our existing Clients about Cappitech’s changes implemented to meet new regulatory requirements. She has 15 years of experience working in the financial sector, including operations, post-trade risk mitigation and regulatory reporting.
Jonathan Tsang
Director Business Development, S&P Global Market Intelligence Cappitech
Mr. Tsang oversees Business Development for S&P Global Market Intelligence, Cappitech in Europe and is responsible for leading the expansion of our regulatory reporting capabilities. Mr. Tsang has over 15 years’ experience covering collateral management, trade support and regulatory reporting. Most recently he managed the Cappitech client services team globally and helped clients navigate and onboard successfully onto our SFTR platform. Prior to joining S&P Global Market Intelligence, Mr. Tsang spent 5 years at CME Group, with his last role being the Business and Product Development Manager of the European Trade Repository.
