Igor Kaplun
Executive Director, Business Development
Igor Kaplun serves as Global Head of Regulatory Reporting Business Development, S&P Global Market Intelligence Cappitech and is responsible for leading the expansion of the regulatory reporting capabilities globally.
Mr. Kaplun has deep expertise in OTC derivatives, G20 regulatory reporting and post trade services.
Prior to joining S&P Global Market Intelligence, Mr. Kaplun spent 11 years at CME Group, most recently as Head of the North America Trade Repository business.
Earlier in his career Mr. Kaplun worked in market data, trade operations and support, product marketing and sales.
Mr. Kaplun holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Master’s in International Business from the University of Florida.
Thomas Veneziano
Director North American Head of Product, Pirum
Thomas joined Pirum in July of 2022 as North American Head of Product, to help Pirum’s expansion into the U.S. post trade market, after spending 11 years at Citibank managing Agency Lending Operations. Thomas has 35 years of industry experience, spanning operations, trading, and prime brokerage. Prior to Citi, Thomas worked at Daiwa Securities in Operations and Treasury Finance Trading, Barclays Bank in Middle Office, Sales and Treasury Finance Trading, Bank of America in Fixed Income Prime Broker, and Treasury Finance Trading. Wells Fargo managing Agency Lending Operations.
Thomas also acted as Co-Chair to the Risk Management Association Operations and Tech committee prior to joining Pirum.
Jonathan Tsang
Director Business Development, S&P Global Market Intelligence Cappitech
Mr. Tsang oversees Business Development for S&P Global Market Intelligence, Cappitech in Europe and is responsible for leading the expansion of our regulatory reporting capabilities. Mr. Tsang has over 15 years’ experience covering collateral management, trade support and regulatory reporting. Most recently he managed the Cappitech client services team globally and helped clients navigate and onboard successfully onto our SFTR platform. Prior to joining S&P Global Market Intelligence, Mr. Tsang spent 5 years at CME Group, with his last role being the Business and Product Development Manager of the European Trade Repository.
